I'm a recent graduate of WashU in St. Louis where I studied Healthcare Management and Economics, but the Chicago suburbs are really my home. I am absolutely in love with my siblings' dogs, and in my rare moments of free time and travel, I love the chance to snap a few photos of the people I love.

I love the way pictures force me to pause and take in the present. With a terrible habit of overcommitting myself, this pause seems more elusive than I would like, so photography challenges me in a unique way.

For me, there is something powerful about capturing beauty in a frame especially as relates to people. Sometimes, if I'm lucky enough, a picture can capture a moment that would have otherwise gone unnoticed. It's in moments like these I'd like to take more pauses.
